Born and raised in Southern California, Fr. Ryan studied Philosophy and Classics at Harvard before entering the Franciscan Order. While ministering over the years in a variety of roles including as a hospital chaplain in Guatemala, he most recently served as parochial vicar at Sts. With those degrees completed, he returns full-time and full of joy to parish life, honored to be able to serve the people of God at St. Mark's.
